Air Fryer Trader Joe's Mac and Cheese Bites are super easy to make and deliciously indulgent. They make a fabulous quick snack and appetizer and are ready in under 15 minutes. This is something that kids and adults alike will love to eat!

Air Fryer Trader Joe's Mac and Cheese Bites are perfect when you are craving comfort food but don't want to cook. Air frying makes them hot and crispy on the outside. No pre-heating required! These bites are incredibly indulgent and are super easy to make. Serve them by themselves or with your favorite dipping sauce! I drizzle mine with ranch, buffalo sauce and topped with fresh green onion.

Mac And Cheese Bites - All you need is a box of Trader Joe's frozen mac and cheese bites! If you don't have a Trader Joe's near you try looking at Kroger, Target or your local grocery store in the frozen aisle for a similar product.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. ARRANGE - Put the frozen macaroni and cheese bites in a single layer in your air fryer basket or tray. Don't stack and make sure theres a bit of space in between each piece.

  1. COOK - Air fry frozen mac and cheese bites for a total of 10 minutes at 400°F. Shaking the basket twice (about every 3-4 minutes) to ensure even crisping.

  1. COOL & SERVE - Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving with your choice of dipping sauce. I drizzled mine with buffalo sauce and ranch!

Expert Tips

No extra oil needed! There is no need for oiling your air fryer basket with these mac and cheese bites, they are oily enough on their own.

Carefully these are HOT! Use tongs to remove your air-fried mac and cheese bites so you don't burn yourself on the basket. They are hot! Make sure to let the bites sit for about 2 minutes before serving. You don't want to burn your fingers or tongue!

Shake, shake, shake. Shake the air fryer basket at least twice during the air frying to ensure the bites cook evenly.

Cooking Time Can Vary - Not all air fryers are the same! You may to watch your food closely toward the end of the cooking cycle. You maybe need to adjust your time by a minute or two depending on these factors. Cook in batches if needed!
