Overhead/close up of Strawberry Pop-tart Bark

How many of you grew up eating pop-tarts? Personally, I LOVED the Frosted Chocolate Chip Pop-Tart. But, Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts seem to be favored by most people. So when I saw that Pop-tart's made Strawberry Mini Pop-Tart Bites I KNEW I needed to create something with this as the center. A chocolate bark came to mind. I wanted something easy and pretty. This Strawberry Pop-Tart Bark recipe is ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS! Vanilla chocolate melts (or you could use white chocolate), a box of Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tart Bites, and freeze-dried strawberries. Then, all you need is 15 minutes to create the bark and only 30-60 minutes for it to set. Then viola, easy delicious Strawberry Pop-Tart Bark.

Let me know what's favorite pop-tart flavor in the comments below!

How to make Strawberry Pop-Tart Bark

  1. In a 9x9 square pan, line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, open up at least 3 bags of the Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tart Bites. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, set aside ⅓ cup of Freeze-Dried Strawberries. Lightly crush a few of the strawberries slices.
  4. Place 10 oz vanilla melting wafers in a microwave-safe container. Microwave at half power or defrost setting for 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly (product keeps its original shape until stirred). If not fully melted, microwave in 15-second intervals and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate into the 9x9 square pan and spread evenly.
  6. Place pop-tarts on top, then scatter the freeze-dried strawberries in between.
  7. Set aside until the chocolate has firmed up (about 30 minutes - 1 hour). Then lift bark out of the pan and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
