Strawberry Pop-Tart Bark

Strawberry Pop-Tart Bark, an incredible combination of vanilla chocolate and strawberry mini pop-tarts and freeze-dried strawberries. Who knew 3 ingredients could lead to something so tasty?!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers alternatively, use white chocolate
  • cup freeze dried strawberry
  • 2-3 bags frosted strawberry pop-tart bites

Instructions

  • In a 9x9 square pan, line with parchement paper. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, open up at least 3 bags of the frosted strawberry pop-tart bites. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, set aside ⅓ cup of freeze-dried strawberries. Lightly crush a few of the strawberries.
  • Place vanilla melting wafers in microwave-safe container. Microwave at half power or defrost setting for 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly (product keeps its original shape until stirred). If not fully melted, microwave in 15-seocnd intervals and stir until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate into the 9x9 square pan, spread chocolate evenly, place pop-tarts on top, then scatter the freeze-dried strawberries in between.
  • Set aside until chocolate has firmed up (about 30 minutes - 1 hour). Then lift bark out of pan and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
