Burrata, Prosciutto & Peaches Plate

You need only 10 minutes and a handful of ingredients until you have a simply delicious Burrata, Prosciutto & Peaches Plate. The perfect all-purpose summer dish!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces burrata
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3-4 ounces proscuitto
  • 1-2 peaches
  • 8 slices ciabatta toasted or your choice of toasted bread or crostini
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon microgreens optional

Instructions

  • Slice bread into ½ inch thick pieces. Drizzle a bit on olive oil on top. Place on a sheet pan and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes per side until golden. 
  • On a large platter, place burrata in the center. Place toasted ciabatta, peaches, and, prosciutto around the burrata.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil around burrata. Season with flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Top burrata with micro greens. Eat and enjoy.
