Notes
Can I make this without cream cheese? You can leave out the cream cheese if you need to, but it does make this feta dip ultra creamy and pairs best with bagels! The dip won’t be quite as smooth without it, but you can also use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese, though the flavor will be much more tart. Can I make this without a food processor? The cheese is too thick to blend properly in a blender, so a food processor is really your best bet here. You need that wide bowl and spinning blade to get this dip nice and creamy! You can try using a blender if you have a small blending cup.Depending on your preferences, you can use more or fewer toppings.*Alternately you can leave the feta cream cheese spread in a bowl and keep the topping on a plate on the side. This is suggested especially if you are eating over a few days.If you have leftovers, press and wrap with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for at least 3 days.Nutritional information for this recipe is only an estimate.
